About the classes
Our yoga classes provide a compassionate and playful space for you to sense into how you are- both physically and mentally- and what you need that day. We wish to help you develop a deeper understanding and relationship with your mind and body to help you take care of you.

A gentle class to rest, restore and rejuvenate. We focus on our breath to relax into different passive postures for 2-5 minutes. Giving space to calm your nervous system, releasing built-up tension in the muscles, connective tissue and mind. It can help reduce stress and chronic pain, as well as increase flexibility. Class finishes with massage and meditation. This class is for all "levels", experience and ages.

For pregnant ladies and new mothers and/or fathers. This class is to prepare for birth and restore after birth, as well as to connect with new parents, parents to be and your baby. We focus on strengthening and relaxing the hips, pelvic floor, stomach and back, and relaxing the neck and shoulders. We finish with relaxation with massage - both for you and baby.
The class is suitable for mothers who are at least 6-10 weeks postpartum.
No previous experience is necessary and you can come with or without your baby. You’re welcome just as you are… Whether your baby (or you!) cries, screams, sleeps, laughs or has a lot of energy. You can breastfeed, change nappies or anything else you need during the class.

We host sessions for a variety of events like weddings, birthdays, hen or stag parties, school trips, or simply for friends visiting the stunning Lofoten Islands. Our instructor, Victoria, is skilled in various yoga styles and welcomes all ages and experience levels. Whether you want to energize, relax, or enjoy a unique experience together, we’ll tailor the class to your group’s needs.

The sauna is reserved every Sunday kl. 20.00 - 21.30 for all that attend the class.
Price per person: kr.100.

About Victoria
Victoria lives in Lofoten and hosts yoga classes, women’s circles and retreats. She also offers 1-1 health coaching and doula support for pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. When not teaching yoga or coaching, you will find her playing in the mountains or ocean, harvesting wild food or cooking a nourishing meal.
Victoria’s classes focus on somatic (body-based) practices to increase awareness and understanding of your bodily senses. Interweaving modern and ancient medicine, Victoria teaches in a way that you can really relate to, understand and experience. Drawing also from her background in environmentalism, she integrates her love for and our interconnection with nature.
Victoria holds yoga certifications in Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Prenatal and Maternity Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Shake the Dust, and Myofascia release (self-massage). She is also a certified Ayurveda Health Coach and Doula, with over 1000 hours of health, wellness, and medical education.

You can buy 5 class online or at reception.
You will receive a physical clip-card which our yoga teacher will take care of for you.
Clip cards are valid for 6-months.

We have a limited number of mats, so please bring your own if you have.

You can cancel until kl. 1600 on the day of class.
We have limited spots, so we would appreciate if you let Victoria or Skårungen know as soon as possible so someone else can join.
