Laura is from Barcelona, 31 years old. She is the General Manager of Skårungen Restaurant and the one behind every single detail.

Last ten years she has been working as a nurse in cardiology intensive care areas in Spain, but nature and a quiet life was always her goal. Now, in Lofoten, it has become real. If someone knows how to take care of others, that's her. 

She believes in the power of women to rule the world and a painting in the restaurant from a Spanish artist shows it very well. 

Sports are one of her priorities in life so whenever she arrives late somewhere, it is probably because she has been out there running.
